Wilderness Medicine Institute

WMI, part of the National Outdoor Leadership School, offers a Wilderness EMT training at various locations throughout the year.  The course covers conventional urban EMT protocols as well as prolonged patient care and procedures that may be necessary in a remote setting.  This is the January 2011 class.

The Redding dog sled team prepares for the annual Louis Lake race near South Pass, WY.  This musher's grandfather founded the iditarod, which commemorates the epic 1100 mile haul across Alaska to deliver a diptheria syrum to sick children.

Alexander Kirillov is the former coach for the Soviet National team, the U.S. Olympic team, and currently the Venezuelan Olympic archers.  He offers one of the only shooting and technical schools in the country which is located at the Precision Shooting Equipment facility in Tucson, AZ.
